複製和受精而得的胚胎、幹細胞都一樣?
複製生物的低成功率問題究竟出現在哪裡,根據近日的兩篇論文指出,複製胚胎與由之建立的胚胎幹細胞株其基因表現均與正常受精而得者幾無差異,間接對於複製技術應用的可行性提出支持,但仍未能解釋細胞核再設定(nuclear reprogramming)的過程。
